The duties of the Town Planning Board are to review site plans, special use permits and housing developments for compliance environmental regulations, conformance with the Town's comprehensive plan and to safeguard the future growth of our community through a balance between commercial, industrial and residential uses.  In addition to working in close connection with the Adirondack Park Agency, the Department of Environmental Conservation, the Wetland Commission, the Corinth Town Board and the Corinth Code Enforcement Office.

Planning Board Meeting Schedule

The Planning Board meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6pm.  All meetings are held at the Corinth Town Hall, located at 600 Palmer Avenue.

Application Submissions

All applications must be submitted 10 business days prior to the Planning Board meeting date.
