The Board of Zoning Appeals shall have the power, duty and authority to hear and decide variances, appeals, special exceptions, and map interpretations and to exercise such other powers as may be granted by New York State law and the Town of Corinth

The Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Schedule

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets the 1st Thursday of every month at 6pm.  All meetings are held at the Corinth Town Hall, located at 600 Palmer Avenue.

Application Submissions

All applications must be submitted 10 business days prior to the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting date.

Hours and Contact Information

The Planning Board Office hours are Wednesday and Thursday 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
