The Assessor's Office prepares all tentative and final rolls of property in the Town and applies tax exemptions for such items as:

• Aged
• "STAR" (Basic and Enhanced)
• Clergy
• Non-profit organizations
• Agricultural land and buildings

Our Assessor attends New York State training classes and is an active member of the Saratoga County Assessors' Association.  The work includes cooperation with Saratoga County and New York State offices and with local property owners.
